LABORATORY

METROLOGY LABORATORY

Bivortek Ingeniería® is equipped with a latest generation Coordinate-Measuring Machine, with different heads and feelers that guarantees accuracy in the dimensional controls. We have optical devices such as video cameras for the measurement, controlled access and visualization of tiny parts. We also offer a large variety of gauges and micrometers.

ELASTOMERS´ LABORATORY

To achieve the highest quality in the development of our products, the following tests are performed at Bivortek Ingeniería®´s elastomer laboratory:

  • Mechanical Properties.
  • Ageing Testing.
  • Rheometery Testing.
  • Roughness Testing.
  • Metalography.
